NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 12, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-012634-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein 1900 CAPITAL TRUST II, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFCATE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff and DANIELA FLOYD; MIDDLEBROOKE PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on July 20, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 3430 PAGE 899 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED APARTMENT
