Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2022 and entered herein, the property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 120, Block B, VILLAGES OF RIO PINAR PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page(s) 97 through 103, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida a/k/a 8637 Dover Oaks Court, Orlando, FL 32836

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
