BOWMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA M. BOWMAN; PIEDMONT PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; CITY OF APOPKA, FLORIDA are Defendants.
