NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 9, 2022, entered in Case No.: 2018-CA-003454-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THB IGLOO SERIES IV TRUST, as Assignee of the Plaintiff, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN CAROSELLA and TINA CAROSELLA are the Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 17, 2022, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
