Final Judgment was awarded on February 16, 2022 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-003564, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SAMMIE L. LIVINGSTON A/K/A SAMMIE LOUIS LIVINGSTON, DECEASED; FAITH FELISCIA LIVINGSTON; ISPC A/K/A THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; PENNIE WESTT; SYLVESTER HAYWARD; DEBORAH HIGDON; TYNIA THOMAS; ANGELINA THOMAS; JUANITA SINGLETON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; BARBARA BASS; DEBORAH ALLARD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 14, LESS THE NORTH 40 FEET IN BLOCK 24, TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
