NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment dated August 23, 2021, entered in Case No.: 2020 CA 604 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein James Roland Fuglaar, Carolyn Jo Fuglaar, Real Estate Services Group, Inc. (“RESG”) RESG Capital, LLC (“RESG Capital”), BMG Realty Group, LLC (“BMG”), are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Court, shall sell the subject property at public sale on April 6, 2022 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed. The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
Legal: LOT 33, BLOCK 25, RIVER HILLS COUNTRY CLUB - PARCEL 11B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
