NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 25, 2022 and entered in Case No. 20-CA-009029, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-HE9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE9 is Plaintiff and ROSA MAE SNELL A/K/A ROSA M. SNELL F/K/A ROSA M. WATKINS N/K/A ROSA WATKINS BROWN A/K/A ROSA M. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
