NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-CA-005018 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2006-D, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series INABS
2006-D is the Plaintiff and Andree Lee Sherman a/k/a Andree Sherman; Andree Lee Sherman a/k/a Andree Sherman, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Joel L. Sherman a/k/a Joel Lee Sherman a/k/a Joel Sherman, Deceased; Joel L. Sherman a/k/a Joel Lee Sherman a/k/a Joel Sherman; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; City of Tampa, Florida; The Florida Bar ; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Joel L. Sherman a/k/a Joel Lee Sherman a/k/a Joel Sherman, Deceased are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST FORTY FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE EAST THIRTY FIVE FEET OF LOT 5, IN BLOCK 2, OF J.F. DIVINE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TOT HE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
