NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2021 entered by the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in Case No. 21-9186-CO in which TwelveC Property Management, LLC is the Plaintiff and Monteith Properties, LLC, as Trustee of the 2864 Lake Valencia Blvd E Trust is the Defendant.
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot R-37, Block 0, Lake Valencia Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 86, page 41 to 45 inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as 2864 Lake Valencia Blvd, Palm Harbor, FL 34964
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
