YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida for foreclosure by sale of real property brought under Chapter 718, Florida Statutes. The property is located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as follows:
Unit No. 2201, Green Dolphin Park Villas, Phase III, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5314, Page 1429, et seq., and amended in O.R. Book 5325, Page 848, et seq., and including all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in condominium Plat Book 59, Page 1 through 7, inclusive, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2201 Pine Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689

KAIRA MCGOUGH, TRUSTEE OF THE KAIRA MCGOUGH REVOCABLE TRUST (DECEASED); BRICE ZOECKLEIN, as Personal Representative of THE ESTATE OF KAIRA MCGOUGH; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND TRUSTEES OF KAIRA MCGOUGH, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, the name being fictitious to account for party in possession; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, the name being fictitious to account for party in possession; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, Case Number 2021-002191-CO. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Caley Aidif, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
