NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2022, entered in Case No. 2021 CA 000173, in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NORTHRIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MILLER MARTINS DA ROCHA and WALDENIA ROCHA DE MENESES are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2022, to the highest bidder(s) for cash via online sale at www.polk. realforeclose.com., the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 37, of NORTHRIDGE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 167, Page 6, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida with property address: 136 Taft Drive, Davenport, FL 33837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
