NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 24, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001300 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-30CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-30CB is Plaintiff and NOE VILLAGOMEZ A/K/A NOE VILLAGOMEZ SR.; MARIA VILLAGOMEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYSIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; ALAN L. DAVIS; LESLIE K. Begin at the Southeast comer of the Southeast¼ of the Southeast¼; thence run North 89° 43' 48" West a distance of 249.00 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue North 89° 43' 48" West a distance of 210.00 feet; thence North 00° 00' 58" East a distance of 225.00 feet; thence South 89° 43' 48" East a distance of 210.00 feet; thence South 00° 00' 58" West a distance of225.00 feet to the point of beginning. LESS maintained road right-of-way for D.R. Bryant Road per Polk County Map Book I, Page 119, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
