has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on Darleen DePoalo, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 29605 US Highway 19 N, Suite 220, Clearwater, FL 33761 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
