Final Judgment was awarded on December 1, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 001072 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, NATIONS LENDING CORPORATION, AN OHIO CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL JAMES GINEO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JAMES GINEO; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JACLYN SCIERKA; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
