NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of March 2020, in Case No. 19-CA-006646, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-65CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-65CB, is the Plaintiff and KENDALL KIMHAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENDALL KIMHAN; THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE PALMS, INC.; TOWNE ESTATES AT THE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 31st day of March 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
