NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 20-CA-000775 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank DBA Regions Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Dinah K. Craig a/k/a Dinah Kay Craig; Manors at Forest Glen Homeowners Association, Inc. f/k/a Forest Glen of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 6th day of April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK D, MANORS AT FOREST GLEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGES 73 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
