Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 24, 2021 in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the above-styled Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK 10, APOLLO BEACH UNIT ONE, PART ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. a/k/a 556 Frandor Place, Apollo Beach, FL 33572.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 A.M., on the 6th day of April, 2022.
