YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT NUMBER 202, BUILDING “E”, PHASE 3, BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6571, PAGE 1810 AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6571, PAGE 1890 AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6606, PAGE 7 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 25 THROUGH 29, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
