NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 21-000522-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUNDS SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF NANCY C. WINCKLER, Deceased, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on May 4, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Land situated in the City of St. Petersburg in the County of Pinellas in State of FL Lot 11, Block 5, EL CENTRO, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
