NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-000107-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Stella Grace, Inc., a Florida Corporation is the Plaintiff and Town Apartments, Inc No. 8, a Florida Non Profit Corporation, Unkown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2 and Unknown Tenant #3 are the Defendant). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Unit 11, Building L, TOWNS APARTMENTS NO. 8, a condominium according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
