Turbyfill are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 82.45 FEET OF THE WEST 150.45 FEET OF THE NORTH 124 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
