Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7th, 2022, entered in 21-002818-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT SIX ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILMA A. SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 13, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment No. 6805, of VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT SIX, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3618, Page 21, according to the Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 82, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of Vendome Village Unit Six, and any amendments thereto.
Property Address: 6805 Monte Carlo, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within one (1) year after the sale.
