NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered March 3, 2022, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 49-D, WEDGEWOOD OF PALM HARBOR - UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 3 through 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of April, 2022.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
