BUILDING 4, UNIT 108 OF VILLAGGIO ON THE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5598, AT PAGE 609 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
