NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 7, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 41 2015 CA 005423 AX in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and JOYCE E. ZORN A/K/A JOYCE ELAINE ZORN; GLEN E. ZORN A/K/A GLENN EUGENE ZORN A/K/A GLEN EUGENE ZORN A/K/A GLENN ZORN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; COUNTRY PALMS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on July 12, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
