NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2022, and entered in 2018CA002401AX 2D20-2052 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and LGC AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST 3104 UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 2006 and LEN GALE are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 05, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
