NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in the above style case now pending in said court, that the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 31st day of March, 2022, to the highest bidder for cash, on the first floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, STE. 102 Naples, Collier County, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 A.M for the following described property:

This Notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer. The second publication shall be at least 5 days before the sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
