NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000735-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LINDA K. MERLING; MALLARD'S LANDING VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA K. MERLING N/K/A MYLES MERLING; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) Whose Name is Fictitious to Account for Parties in Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, MALLARD'S LANDING AT FIDDLER'S CREEK, PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 83 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
