NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of March, 2022, in Civil Action No. 2021-CC-001760, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ROSE KENNEY and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSE KENNEY, are the Defendants, and ORCHID COVE AT PORT OF THE ISLANDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of March, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 17-102, ORCHID COVE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4164, Page 1050, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
