NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2021-CC-1297 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of March, 2022 at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, first floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week No. 42, in Condominium Parcel Number 13 of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Collier Record Book 959 at Page 1957-2017 in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
