NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2022, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-000169 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, homas Martone a/k/a Thomas Anthony Martone, III, deceased; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation, its successors and/or assigns; South Bay Plantation Condominium Association, Inc.; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Ellen T. Gale a/k/a Ellen Thomas Gale, deceased; Thomas Martone, IV; Christopher Martone; William Page Gale, as Personal Representative of the Estate of, Ellen T. Gale a/k/a Ellen Thomas Gale, deceased; Christopher Thomas Gale; William Page Gale; Ellen Louise Conner a/k/a Ellen Louise Gale; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1602, BUILDING 16, OF SOUTH BAY PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3908, PAGE 2101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
