DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2007-A1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-A, is Plaintiff and ASSURED DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC.; MICHAEL A. PARKER A/K/A MICHAEL PARKER; EDNA O. PARKER; ARBOR GREENE OF NEW TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; EPIX FUNDING GROUP, INC. F/K/A AMTRUST FUNDING SERVICES, INC.; BAY GULF CREDIT UNION, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of APRIL, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
