NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2nd day of February 2022, and in Case 18-CA-008742, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JULIUS-VINCENT S. REYES A/K/A JULIUS VINCENT S. REYES; MARIA-TERESA D. REYES A/K/A MARIA TERESA D. REYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIUS-VINCENT S. REYES A/K/A JULIUS VINCENT S. REYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA-TERESA D. REYES A/K/A MARIA TERESA D. REYES; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; STERLING OAK AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of May 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
