NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 09, 2022, and entered in 15-CA-005598 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE'S FINANCIAL REALTY MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2006-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and BEATA CZACHOR A/K/A BEATA D. CZACHOR; EMERALD POINTE TOWNHOMES AT TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC..; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK (SOUTH BANK), N.A.; and CHASE BANK USA,
N.A. are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 13, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
