YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above-styled action was instituted against you in the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida by Plaintiffs GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION d/b/a GTE FINANCIAL, GTE INSURANCE, LLC and BRIAN BEST (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) seeking declaratory and injunctive relief, as well as damages and a civil penalty, pursuant to Section 817.535(8)(a), Florida Statutes, concerning a fraudulent UCC Financing Statement filed in the Florida Secured Transaction Registry (dba FLORIDAUCC, LLC) by Defendant ALAN JON WHITE, JR., and which names Plaintiffs.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to John W. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, ATTN: Circuit Civil Division, within 30 days after the first date of publication of this Notice of Action, or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint. The Court has authority in this action to enter a judgment or decree in Plaintiffs' interest which will be binding upon you.
