NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2022, and entered in 21-CA-002992 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DANIEL PAUL GURGES, DECEASED; CHRISTINA ANN GURGES; DENNIS GURGES; RIVERWALK COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FL; COURTNEY GURGES are the Defendant(s). BOOK 1211, PAGE 21 AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 137 ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
