Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 14th day of March, 2022, and entered in Case No. 21-CC-6274 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BUCKINGHAM ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ABEL GARDUNO JIMENEZ is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the day of April 13, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 39, BUCKINGHAM ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded as Official Instrument No. 2006000258275, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
