NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-000626-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-NC3 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jeanette Landy, Deceased; Linda Miller; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida; Darryl Laron Walls a/k/a Darryl L. Walls, Sr. a/k/a Darryl Laron Walls, Sr.; Johnta Leday; Natashia L. Wright a/k/a Natashia Latravia Wright; Orinthia James Walls a/k/a O.J. Walls a/k/a Orinthia J. Walls a/k/a Orinthia Walls; Sabrina Morris a/k/a Sabrina M. Morris; Dawn Schofield; State of Florida, Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, LINCOLN HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
