NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statute 721.855, in accordance with a claim of lien filed with the Pinellas County Clerk of Court in Book 21170 on Pages 2688 through 2689, the undersigned Trustee will on the 31st day of March, 2022, at the Internet Cafe at Aloha Bay Condominium, 19607 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Shores, Florida 33785 at 11 o'clock AM, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, upon the properties located in ALOHA BAY CONDOMINIUM, as listed in Exhibit “A,” and as indicated by the unit number and week and annual usage (“W” = Every Year, “E”=Even Years, “O”=Odd Years) in the column labeled “UNIT #/WEEK” together with all appurtenances, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Record Book 9477, Pages 2688 through 2689, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any (“Declaration”) subject to taxes for the current year and subsequent years, and all other matters of record.

According to Association records of the above described properties, the current owners are listed in Exhibit “A” and described as the following: Lien Balance described in the column labeled “LIEN BALANCE”; First Owner listed in column labeled “FIRST OWNER;” If two owners then second owner listed in column labeled “SECOND OWNER;” Address described in column labeled “ADDRESS:” City, State, and Zip Code described in column labeled “CITY, STATE, ZIP:” (f) Country (other than USA) described in column labeled “COUNTRY;” as more particularly described to wit:
