YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 1403, and the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4648, Pages 294-364, amended in O.R. Book 4680, Page 1111, and all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 5-8, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 601 N. Hercules Avenue, #1403, Clearwater, Florida, 33765
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
