NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2022 by the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 21-001373-CI , the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 13, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
