NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 10, 2022, and entered in Case No. 48-2015-CA-000136-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Steven Mccale, Belmere Homeowners` Association, Inc., Desiree A. Mccale, Michael Fabbiani as Trustee of the 11325 Via Adiamo Land Trust U/T/D 6/20/2014, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 11325 Via Andiamo Land Trust U/T/D 6/20/2014, Tenant nka Mark Lewis, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the April 12, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BELMERE VILLAGE G2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 65-69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
