YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Terra Ceia Manor Homeowners' Association, Inc. has filed an action against you seeking to terminate the lease to the following cooperative parcel and evict you from the following property in MANATEE County, Florida:
Unit #144 of TERRA CEIA MANOR, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1806, Pages 3492-3548 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
upon which lies the following double-wide mobile home:
1984 VILL, VIN: 06655A/B; Title Nos. 0043974141 and 0043974144
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
