Lambeth, Lynda Lambeth, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Bank USA, N.A., Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Nancy Fox, Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Jeremy Fox, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the April 14, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
