YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property in Polk County, Florida:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF of the following described parcel: The West 14 feet of Lot 37 and all of Lots 38 through 46, inclusive, and the North 28 feet of Lot 47, GIBSONIA UNIT NO. 14, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 30, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, LESS Road Right-of-Way for State Road 35 and 700 (U.S. 98) (Official Records Book 2050, Page 585).
LESS AND EXCEPT: Begin at the Northeast corner of the above described parcel; thence run South 90°00'00" West, along the North line of said parcel, 315.70 feet; thence run South 09°08'55" East, 56.91 feet; thence run South 00°39'28" West, 86.28 feet to the South line of said parcel; thence run South 89°56'55" East, along said South line, 306.03 feet to the Southeast corner of said parcel; thence run North 00°00'00" West along the East line of said parcel 142.75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over the Northerly 10 feet of the South onehalf of the above described parcel.
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Amended Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esquire, 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before April 21, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
