NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2022, and entered in Case No.2021CA004040AX of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BRADEN WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and WALTER SHORF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER SHORF; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MICHAEL CODY and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of July, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
