Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated December 14, 2021, and in Case No. 2021-CA-001190 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which CARLISLE GRAND HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and ANTHONY WAYNE CLARK JR.; CASSANDRA CLARK the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 135, Carlisle Grand Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 164, Pages 14, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
