NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 27, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2019CA001135CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12 is Plaintiff and STEPHEN G. SHEA, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of April, 2022 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, OF MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 18, UNITS 1 AND 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37 PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
