NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2020, and entered in 2018CA002492CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and KEVIN M. CLUFF and SHANNON M CLUFF are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 12, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1176, OF ALOHA GARDENS UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
