NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2022, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on April 7, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
Unit Number 12, Shenandoah Estates, Phase 1, a Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 761, Page 191 et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
